About Me
Located in Tiny, Ontario, I am a stay at home Mom of six children, wife and lover of dogs. I have always had a huge interest in breeding dogs and after much research, I have chosen to pursue my dream of giving families one of the greatest gifts, a lovable fur family member to call their own.
My love for Sheepadoodles began during our search for a dog to call our own. I immediately fell in love with everything about this designer dog. My dedication to giving families the best possible experience while deciding on a new family member is my ultimate goal, along with ensuring you that your new pet is well cared for and coming from a breeder who takes the health of all her dogs very seriously. What is a Sheepadoodle?
Sheepadoodle
A Sheepadoodle is a designer dog, a cross between an Old English Sheepdog and a Standard Poodle. Combining the traits of both these breeds create something special, a highly intelligent, active, family friendly, low to non shedding, cuddly and utterly gorgeous dog that will steal your heart!
Presently, we are breeding, in home(no kennel here) F1B Sheepadoodles, which is a Sheepadoodle bred with a Standard Poodle making the pups even more less likely to shed.
Coats
Being hypoallergenic with very little shedding make this breed ideal for those who suffer from allergies or those who are opposed to dog hair. Their soft and wavy coat is usually black and white in colour, resembling the marks of an Old English Sheepdog. Some however are either mainly black or white.
Grooming your Sheepadoodle is a must to keep their coats in their best condition, brushing them at least 2-3 times per week. Some like to clip their coats to keep it more manageable. Regardless of how you decide to keep you dogs coat, they will still be adorable.
Our Puppies
We raise our puppies in our home with our children and family members. This ensures they are receiving the best possible care while being loved and socialized with not only their litter mates but our family as well. I have found that having pups handled and socialized from an early age makes for more well rounded, lovable dog. They will be ready for their forever homes at 8 weeks of age, will be dewormed and will be vet checked with their first set of vaccinations. If you are interested in a puppy from us, please fill out a puppy application, we take a nonrefundable deposit of
$500CAD to reserve your puppy and hold your picking order. Picking order is in the same order as deposits are received.
A day and time will be set when puppies are 6-7 weeks old for you to come to pick your puppy. Your puppy will then be ready to go home once it is 8 weeks of age and has passed our vet inspection.
Our Dogs
Lulu, is our beloved Sheepadoodle, she is 50% Old English Sheepdog and 50% standard poodle, both parents are AKC registered from a strong, healthy background. Lulu is a playful, intelligent, affectionate girl who loves to please her masters. She is loyal and loves being around her family 100% of the time. Lulu has now been retired from the breeding program.
Loki, our Standard Tuxedo Poodle, is CKC registered and also comes from a great family line. He is a funny boy with a lot of personality. He has a quiet and gentle spirit who loves his family.
Rosie has been added to our breeding program. She is an Pure Bred Old English Sheepdog who also comes from a strong, healthy family line. She has an amazing temperament and loves her family, other dogs and people alike. She is loyal and very much a "velcro dog". She and Loki would breed F1 Sheepadoodles with what I believe to have beautiful markings.
Both parents are around 50 - 60 lbs.
